• Product Making takes 1-2 Working Days (Excluding Sunday and Public Holidays). During this time the Photos are Printed in 8K resolution.
• Delivery takes 4-7 days once the order is in Transit from our Warehouse. (Delivery in Villages may take 7-9 days)
• 3 to 4 Days Delivery in Maharashtra once the order is shipped. (Tier-1 Cities like Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur etc.)
• Changes in address is only possible before shipping, Once the order is shipped changes are not possible.
  
  

We do support Partial Cash on Delivery.

How it works is, You only pay Rs 100 as advanced and Rest of the charges can be paid at the time of Delivery.

Note: If COD customer fails or refuses to collect the package at the time of Delivery then pls note, We might use the product in our social media campaigns to recover the cost of Production, Shipping and RTO.

• Our processing starts within the following hour to adhere the delivery timelines. Changes in Photo is unfortunately not possible.
• If you still want to change the Photo then do note, Rs 500 will be required and whole process will start from Scratch for photo printing.

To ensure your Jewelry piece remains shiny for months please refer below.

• Avoid using Photo Jewelry inside Water, Swimming, Bathing.
• Do not spray Perfumes directly on the Jewelry.
• If you see black dots or lines on the photo then use Microfiber cloth to clean the Backside of the Gem (Any dirt or dust particle will create the illusion of Dots or lines).
• When not in use, Keep the Jewelry in received Chokertales Box for longer life span.
