Shipping And Delivery
Shipping for us is divided into 2 types.
- Non-Personalised Items: Orders placed for Non-Personalised items will be shipped in 48 business hours from our warehouse. Based on the shipping method opted by the customer the package will be delivered in stated timeline on checkout page.
- Personalised Items: Personalised items are completely handmade and may take few days for getting them ready.
Note: If the order is placed for Personalised item, Then its processing and shipping estimates are mentioned on its individual page.
Unfortunately, we can not time the delivery on the specific date as it totally depends on the order processing and courier partner. Also unforeseen issues like weather conditions and strikes are taken into the account.
Pls make sure to enter the right details while placing the order like your number and complete address, Due to short address or wrong numbers or if the delivery location is not getting located by Delivery boy may result into the return.
If you see "Undelivered" or "Consignee not available" remark then pls visit your nearest possible Bluedart or Relevant courier office asap, As escalation done from our end for reattempt may take more than 48 hours to reflect with courier team and the package may get returned in the meanwhile.

If you want to change the address, Kindly reach out to us via email or the contact us page and share the complete address before the package is shipped, Pls note that once the package is shipped we will not be able to change the address and request for changing the address or redirecting the address on same AWB number to the different zipcode won't be entertained.
As this are a personalised product with your photos on them, Once made to the order we can not afford return as in case of COD, Some people might place the order just for fun to mess around and later refuse to take the order once shipped.
This encounters in huge loss for us in terms of making the product, shipping and again taking it back, The package is wasted and whole thing is just not worth it for a small business owner.

Returns and Cancellations
Personalised orders once placed can't be cancelled as they are immediately pushed for processing.
Orders having discount applied can't be cancelled.
If the customer still wants to cancel the order if its placed 24 business hours ago and have not used any discount code then pls note, Rs 500 stocking charges will be deducted and rest of the amount will be refunded in 48 business hours to customers orignal payment method.
You can track your order on Bluedart's website or the link which is shared to you via an automated notification from our end. Pls make sure to enter the right details like order ID and mobile number that you have used while placing the order.You can find the Order ID inside the SMS that you have received when you placed the order.
Pls note, Once the order is returned to us, Re-Shipping charges will be applied of Rs 120 for shipping the package back to the customer. The payment link will be shared once the package is returned our warehouse.
Support team will share the Payment link and once the complete address details are confirmed the package will be shipped.
